As well as the brilliantly decorated cottages, visitors enjoyed a range of refreshments and tombola and for the first time, on the 3rd Sunday, carols with Meg and Paul. Our Christmas opening has now become a calendar fixture for many locals and visitors from further afar. The local community have really taken this event to heart and is well supported by retailers, local publications and local parish councils.
Our Christmas lock cottage events raised an amazing £750.00 in donations, which included an excellent £200 from the tombola.
Thank you for everyone' contribution, both front of house and behind the scenes and although their are too many people to mention by name, you know who you are.
We look forward to doing it all again next year, so look out for the opening dates on the ECP&DA website, social media, free publications, posters etc.
